Freedom InSight is a powerful tool which gives you complete visibility of your business information, allowing you to make informed critical business decisions at the right time.

Easy and quick access to information, in real time, is essential in a busy logistics environment. InSight provides a full graphical overview enabling you to identify issues and trends, and act quickly.

InSight can also be integrated with 3rd party applications, such as your accounts or fleet management software, saving you from re-keying data.

Freedom InSight shows each user the exact information they need. Not only can it be customised to look the way you want it to (even with your own logo if you wish), InSight uses a simple drag-and-drop interface which enables you to easily create tables, charts and graphs.

Clicking on charts, graphs and tables drills down to further detailed information.

Print reports, export data to Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, email statistics to colleagues, or simply act upon information that is displayed on screen.

Business Process Management & Automation

InSight gives you a graphical view of every stage of your business processes. Fine tune your processes by identifying areas that can be improved, and automate some existing manual processes by building sophisticated rules, improving efficiency and saving costs.
 

Collaboration & Communication

InSight aids collaboration within your company by allowing information to be easily shared. Each KPI and target can be measured by user, providing a drillable structure which provides performance feedback to all levels throughout the organisation.

When users notice trends within the data it is important that they are able to communicate with other users to resolve the issue.

InSight has the ability to send and receive messages from within the interface. These messages can be sent by other inSight users or generated by the system itself when a KPI crosses a threshold. On the homepage the user can see both a message inbox and their own sent items. Messages can be read, replied to and forwarded to other inSight users. In this way, inSight is not only encouraging users to explore the data but starts conversation threads about the information.

Alerts can be set up to send emails or text messages to key people when certain ‘triggers’ are met. For example, a Financial Director may need to know when an accounting KPI hits the red so he can be automatically informed by InSight, allowing him to make any necessary decisions.

Automatic alerts allow the right person to receive the right information at the right time. Even if they’re not able to view the InSight, information can be brought to their attention.

Web Based Interface

Freedom inSight takes advantage of Web 2.0 technology, making it feature-rich and easily accessible through a web browser.

InSight can also be accessed over the Internet, and configuration options allow you to make information accessible to 3rd parties. For example, you may wish to allow major customers to view performance levels and real time statistics that relate to their contract. Not only does this allow you to provide an increased level of customer service, but is can also help to reduce inbound calls to provide tracking information.
